Individuals usually get into conflict with others simply because of the way the world is. People
are often busy thinking about themselves and not other people. Helping clients
utilize "tools" to help them resolve differences in a peaceful fashion is important for those
who are experiencing unresolved conflict. Understand that
conflict is neither good or bad.
Most often it's based in misunderstanding or inability to forgive
those who differ from your point of view.
It's also valuable to try and understand that nobody is perfect and learning ways to avoid conflict
is an ongoing process. If you learn to practice these skills there is no doubt that you will become better at
resolving conflict, and even being the clear head that finds the best compromise.
